The Primary had an activity day for the kids this weekend. Blake and I were in charge of putting together an obstacle course and I think we did a pretty good job with our limited funds and resources. We bought a couple of inflatable tires from the dollar store for the kids to jump through and then tied strings to chairs which they had to alternate going over and under. Then the kids had to try their luck with swinging a hula hoop around their hips, kick a soccer ball around some cones and then kick it into the goal. Lastly, they had to use a squirt gun to shoot a cup off of the chair at the end of the course. It was so fun and all of the kids loved it ~ they wanted to do it over and over again!

Lize is testing out the course for us...

Here go Max and Alyssa....

Inflatable tires - $4
Hula Hoops - $2
Watching the kids hula hoop and the HUGE smiles on their faces as they finished the obstacle course - PRICELESS!!
Loved every minute of it!
