Pilot Mountain State Park aka "Leaf Lookout"

Today we went to Leaf Lookout. We were a little slow to get out and get some Fall pictures and most of the leaves had already fallen, so they don't really do the infamous East Coast Fall colors any justice. Fall here really is beautiful! I love driving down the highway and having trees surrounding me with all of their beautiful leaves. We decided to go on a hike, which Max and Eliza sort of complained about (Gage probably would have also, but he stayed back and hung out with Toby), but then had a GREAT time. They were laughing, and smiling and running, just having a good ol' time. Eliza LOVES lady bugs and there was a rock with tons of them on it - she was in heaven and couldn't pick them up fast enough!
