Lazy 5 Ranch

Today we went to the Lazy 5 Ranch with the scouts. What a great place! The kids had an amazing time. You drive through the property where there are all types of animals from geese and goats to zebras and giraffes. Many of them will come right up to your car and let you pet them, because they know you have food to give them. The kids LOVED it! After we drove along the trail we had lunch and then went around to the petting zoo area. Definitely worth going to, we'll maybe even have to go back sometime!




The ostrich were a little freaky! They would peck at the bucket pretty hard.






Max kept trying to touch this one specific donkey for some reason, but every time he would get close the donkey would move away. Victory!! He finally succeeded.
The kids weren't sure what to think about the camels, they thought they were a little weird. There was one that was even a little mean. He kept fighting away another so that he could get all the food.




Eliza LOVED the baby goats, she wanted to take one home soooo bad.
