What have we gotten ourselves into????
OMG! The other day Eliza was throwing a fit about getting milk for some reason and I told her that I would not get her any until she asked me nicely. Well she didn't want to but I wasn't budging either, I just kept telling her to ask me nicely. So she finally said (as she rolled her eyes no less), "Oh fine, can I have some milk please, blah, blah, blah...". Those were her exact words! My jaw dropped! I couldn't believe my sweet little THREE year old was talking to me like that. Where did she get the whole blah, blah blah thing and to use it in context even??? Then today at church she told me that I didn't have on a good outfit and informed me that I wasn't crossing my legs right. What??? Now I'm getting fashion and etiquette advice from my three year old! Oh dear, I think we are headed for big trouble with this girl. And to think that people used to tell us that she would end up being a tomboy with two rough and rowdy older brothers like Gage and Max. Boy were they wrong, she is anything but!! She is definitely girly!

Do you love my new background??
I just wanted to let everyone know about a great new website that I was told about. It is matiekay.blogspot.com She has great blogspot templates and for FREE, can't beat that! There aren't 100's to choose from like some other websites but the ones she does have are cute and she is always adding more and she even has holiday ones. The best part is that it doesn't screw up your blog set up. I tried pyzam and WHOA, I freaked because half of everything I had on there was gone!! The only thing I had to do using Matie Kay's templates was rearrange my page elements, no big deal. To make things even better, she herself rocks! I had one tiny little glitch that I emailed her about (my slideshow widgets were wanting to be deleted) and she emailed me back within hours and fixed it and didn't even ask for any sort of compensation for her time. How awesome is that! If you are looking for a cute background and easy installation check out her website.

It's been a while since my last post, the time just gets away from you! The whole family is doing great. We just got back from Cedar City. Blake's dad and stepmom live down there and we go there every year for Easter. We had a great time! We went and saw Horton Hears a Who, went shopping in St. George, hung out with our good friends the Bartons, and of course the boys did a little dirtbike riding! The kids had a wonderful Easter. We dyed eggs on Saturday night and frosted some Easter cookies and on Sunday they woke up to find gifts and candy in their Easter baskets and then we went to church. While we were at church Blake said to the kids, "mom is going to ride home with grandpa, I want to go show you the house where I grew up." Gage's reply was, "yeah right, she's going home to hide the eggs!" What a little stinker! Pretty soon he won't believe in Santa anymore either. Oh well, it gave us a good laugh! So I did end up going and hiding the eggs while they had a nice walk home, and when they got there they had their long awaited egg hunt. There was probably 120+ eggs between the three of them but that's Grandma Bobbie for you, she loves to make sure they have enough and plenty of fun too! We hope everyone had as fabulous an Easter as we did.

Eliza Claire...
I will never figure this girl out!!! I can get her all dressed in a cute outfit, make sure she has a clean face, hair done perfectly and she won't pose for a single picture for more than a second but if she is looking like a rag-a-muffin with a dirty face and it looks like her hair hasn't been brushed all day then sure she'll pose like crazy!! What's the deal??? She even asked me to take these pictures. She wanted one of her eating her ice cream, drinking her water, smiling pretty, showing how old she is, the list goes on. Oh well, she is so stinkin' cute I guess I'll take pictures any way I can get them. Hope you enjoy, we sure had fun together taking them!
Our Rock Stars in the making!
Today was Gage and Max's first day of music lessons and they both loved it! They can't wait to go back. I hope they stick with this. I think it will be great for them. Gage even came home and studied the paper the guitar instructor gave him to learn all of the notes. Wow, now that's crazy! Gage studying without being told to, he must love it! They were both really excited, it was cute. Eliza wanted to know why she didn't get to start her "swimmer" lessons if the boys were starting their lessons. She is so funny. She asked this because whenever they pretend they are in a band, Max always plays the drums, Gage is the singer/guitarist and Eliza is the dancer but she does this swimming sort of dance and that is what she calls herself. She always says "and I'll be the swimmer". It's pretty funny to watch the three of them in action.
